For families

You belong in this conversation.

Starting somewhere new comes with questions. Your family’s knowledge, language, and lived experience are a valuable part of the journey.

A welcoming first step

You are welcome to ask questions before deciding whether a program is right for your child. Tell us what kind of experience you are looking for, what your child enjoys, and what would help your family feel comfortable. You do not need to describe your immigration history in an initial inquiry.

Questions worth asking.

A note for young people

You do not have to choose between the culture at home and the world around you. You can be curious, uncertain, proud, shy, or all of these at once. Bring a trusted adult into the conversation if you would like support exploring an opportunity.

Before the first session

Know the plan.
Keep your choices.

Participation & consent

Ask how caregiver permission, youth assent, emergency contacts, pickup arrangements, and activity-specific consent will be handled. Enrollment and attendance should only follow a confirmed program process.

Access & language

Tell us what would help your family participate, including mobility access, sensory considerations, communication preferences, or language support. Ask what can be arranged before committing to a session.

Questions or concerns

Raise questions about boundaries, supervision, or an uncomfortable experience through the supplied email or phone. Do not send private documents. This contact channel is not an emergency service.

Do we need to share immigration documents?

Please do not send immigration documents or sensitive personal information through this website.

Can I request language or access support?
